• Knowledge of and experience with production processes and machines

• Willingness to work full-time in a 5-shift system

A Day in the Life…

You are our production hero! You are directly involved in producing our plant pots, tree and rose containers, buckets, cement tubs, and boxes.

Your day begins with a coffee during the handover from the previous shift, so you are energized for the day ahead. Together with your team of 4 colleagues, you sort and package products, ensure machines run smoothly, and solve basic machine issues as independently as possible to minimize downtime and waste. You check product quality, ensure the right amount of packaging material is used, and refill colorants when needed. At the end of your shift, you leave your workspace clean and organized so the next team can start smoothly.

You will also keep up to date with the latest techniques and machinery, learning from colleagues or through courses provided by Kreuwel.
